Meet the Publisher
Jamie Olson
Founder & Publisher, Uniquely You Magazine
Jamie Olson is the founder and publisher of Uniquely You Magazine, a resource created to celebrate, support, and connect the special needs community. Originally from Waterford, Michigan, Jamie graduated from Waterford Mott High School and began her career in sales with Cutco Cutlery, eventually becoming a district manager in Kalamazoo. In 2007, her career brought her to Indianapolis, where she continues to make a lasting impact.
Jamie is a proud mother of three children: Jordan (13), Jaylin (8), and Jade (7). Her journey as a special needs parent began when her son Jordan was diagnosed with autism just before age five, after experiencing seizures from 18 months old. Though nonverbal for many years, Jordan has made tremendous progress—something that inspires Jamie daily.
